Spectrum Super Star December 2025

Molly is a dedicated member of Crew 1534 in Sugar Hill, where she serves as Secretary. For her Eagle Project, she completed Spectrum Shelving for Storage and Organization, creating an efficient and well-labeled system that supports staff, events, and ongoing activities.

In Molly’s words:
“Reflecting on my time with Spectrum, I realize how much it has shaped my outlook on community and inclusivity. Being involved with Spectrum while planning and implementing my Eagle Scout Project has taught me the importance of creating a welcoming environment and has shown me the powerful effect that kindness and understanding can have on individuals. My Eagle Project consisted of building shelving in the storage building at Spectrum which allows for strategic organization and labeling of items frequently needed by staff for projects, events and maintenance. Spectrum Shelving will impact organization and efficiency to support meaningful activities which benefit Spectrum participants and their families. I'm grateful to be part of such an impactful organization. Thanks to mentors like Mrs. Dees, I feel more motivated than ever to contribute meaningfully to my community and make a lasting difference.”
