Donating real estate to support Spectrum is fast and easy! The proceeds from your property donation allow Spectrum to continue providing support for individuals and families impacted by autism of all ages and abilities. Our team of dedicated real estate professionals manages a donation of any property type (land, residential, commercial) in any location so long as there is equity and the property is marketable. Even if you owe back taxes, have a mortgage balance, or have deferred maintenance, it’s no problem. Donors can tailor the size of their donation, the property does not need to be lien-free or 100% donated.

You can also support Spectrum by simply referring to a real estate transaction. When a transaction to sell, buy, or lease real estate is successfully managed by our real estate team, a portion of the commissions are donated to Spectrum.
