Congratulations to our September stars of the month, Gwinnett Master Gardeners Sharon Palmer, Nancy Orrico, Lois Hoppa, Margaret Baggett and Judy Adams
"The Master Gardener’s role in the community is to promote gardening through education and volunteering. We all do this in different ways such as community or school gardens, demo gardens or working with children in growing new plants. When we first came to Spectrum and saw the enormity of what they were facing, it was truly daunting. The care, hard work and pure determination of Claire and the Spectrum team fueled our commitment to help in this project in anyway we could. To have areas of beauty and wonder, veggies and herbs that fuel the mind and soul is something we can help create for this wonderful cause." - Judy Adams
