What is a Legacy Listing?
A Legacy Listing allows you to sell your home through our charitable real estate program and commit all or part of the proceeds to a cause close to your heart.
What is “Purchase with Purpose”?
When you buy or sell a home through our network, a portion of the agent's commission is donated to support autism families—at no additional cost to you.
What types of real estate can be donated?
We accept residential, commercial, rental, land, and vacation properties—even those with mortgages or in need of repair, pending review.
Can I donate part of my property and keep the rest?
Yes, through a Bargain Sale, you can sell a property at a reduced price and donate the difference—offering you cash liquidity and a charitable deduction.
What tax benefits do I receive?
Donors may receive an income tax deduction for the appraised fair market value of the donated interest, avoid capital gains taxes, and reduce estate taxes.
Who handles the legal and closing documents?
Our Charitable Real Estate Specialists coordinate all necessary legal, financial, and title documentation to ensure a seamless, compliant transaction.
Can I give real estate to a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF)?
Yes. We can facilitate donations to most major DAFs. You’ll still enjoy tax benefits and can recommend grants to the nonprofits you care about over time.
