Spectrum Super Star June 2024

Rohan Dalal is an Eagle Scout candidate and for his final project he wanted to make a meaningful impact on the Spectrum Autism Support Center community, particularly for those who benefit greatly from outdoor activities. He says, "when I learned about Spectrum and their mission to support individuals with autism, I knew this was the perfect opportunity." Rohan, with with the help of others, built two garden benches and a balance beam to enhance the outdoor space because of his belief in the therapeutic and developmental benefits of outdoor play. He says, "providing an enjoyable environment for the individuals at Spectrum to engage in physical activity and experience nature aligns with my values of service and inclusivity. I hope these additions will bring joy and enrichment to everyone at the center for years to come."
